Reason
- The human body is becomes dirty with toxins in the food. Indians skip food for a meal or sometimes a whole day to help the body restore itself to nornal condition. By stopping the intake of food for a certain time, the body's energy is focused on other activities like immunity, fat burn rather than just churning food in the stomach.
- Neem is a kind of herb with plenty of medicinal values. Eating neem leaves helps as a cleansing agent to clean the entire gastrointestinal system and also kill the unwanted worms from the intestines.
